Do attendees need to download an app?
No. Attendees get an email invitation with a magic link. Everything happens in the browser — no download, no password.
How much of my team's time does it take?
A kickoff call, sharing the registration export, approving the invitation, and reviewing the suggested introductions. A few hours in total. We handle the rest.
What data do you need from us?
Your registration export — typically name, work email, company and role — for attendees whose registration allows sharing with a partner. See Trust & privacy for exactly what we use and what we never touch.
What if you don't know enough to match someone?
We say so. An attendee with too little to go on gets “not enough yet” and a nudge to tell us more — never a padded list of weak suggestions.
What's in the 30-day report?
Verified meetings (both sides confirmed), outcomes attendees declared, and whether they'd come back. Weaker signals are reported separately, and every figure shows the evidence behind it. See a sample.
What happens after the pilot?
We go through the report together. If it's worth it, we plan Gobos into your next event together.
