For organizers

From attendee list to proven relationships.

You bring the list and the event. We handle the matching, the introductions and the follow-up — and hand you a report your sponsors and your board will believe.

The flow

Six steps. Most of them are ours.

  1. 01

    About four weeks out

    Share your attendee list

Upload the registration export you already have. We map the columns, flag rows we can't use, and only work with attendees whose registration allows it.

  2. 02

    Three weeks out

Attendees tell us what they're after

Each attendee gets an invitation from your event — your logo, your name — with a magic link. Three minutes on who they want to meet and what they can offer. No app, no password.

  3. 03

    Two weeks out

    We find the mutual matches

We look for pairs where both people get something: a buyer who needs what a vendor offers, a founder an investor is looking for. Every suggestion carries its reason, written from what the attendees told us. When there isn't enough to go on, we say so instead of padding the list.

  4. 04

    Before anything goes out

    You review every introduction

See each suggested introduction and why it was made. Approve, hold or remove — nothing reaches an attendee without your sign-off.

    Event week

    Introductions become meetings

Attendees get their shortlist, accept the introductions they want, and book time together. Nobody is introduced without saying yes.

    30 days after

    You get the report

We follow up with both sides and compile what actually happened: verified meetings, declared outcomes, and who wants to come back. Each figure shows its evidence.

    You

Who does what

A few hours of your team's time.

Gobos runs alongside your event, not inside your stack. There's nothing to integrate and nothing for attendees to install.

Your team

  • Share the registration export
  • Approve the invitation and branding
  • Review the suggested introductions
  • Take the report to sponsors and your board

Gobos

  • Clean and check the list
  • Send invitations and reminders
  • Run the matching and write the reasons
  • Facilitate intros, follow up, compile the report

What attendees get

A shortlist they'll actually use.

Not a directory, not a swipe feed. A handful of people worth meeting — and why.

Reasons, not scores

Every suggestion says in plain words why these two people should meet, based on what they each told us.

Good for both sides

We only suggest introductions that work in both directions — not one person's wish list.

Their call

Attendees accept or pass. Nobody is introduced without saying yes.

Next step

See it on your next event.

Tell us about the event and we'll set up a short call to see whether it's a fit.
